Scheduling and Resource Analysis have been typically seen as different tasks under different disciplines as Operations Research and Artificial Intelligence. Only very recently some efforts have been done to try to unify them in the broadest sense. However, for some problems (as the one introduced herein) it is feasible to tackle with both problems in a consistent and efficient manner even if it is related to the complex case of time resource-constrained multiple projects management problem.
